Q. How did the name Fresbo came about?A. Here’s the history. Notorand and Gvinto were the original guys behind this idea, and they were looking for investors to fund it.
However the requirement for funding is that they had to be a registered company... so they had to think of a company name quickly!
They were walking around and saw this guy on a bus wearing a t-shirt with the words "FreshBox".
Well, Notorand and Gvinto just changed it a little, and that’s where it came from.

Q. What’s that star that appears on the avatar when you hover over them for?A. It's for future use when you can PM / add friend / see info / etc
Q. Will there be other places to go besides rooms?A. Yes. There will be outdoor environments that you can go. Some examples are shopping malls & arcades / amusement park / etc.
Q. How do I get items / furniture?A. There will be an update coming very soon that allows users to shop on the ground floor of buildings.

Q. Why can’t I log in? A. A few possible reasons here.
1. You have not activated your account. Check your mailbox for your activation mail and click on the activation link.
2. You are logged in on another client. Concurrent logins are not allowed.
3. The client version is outdated. Our latest client version is v1.0.4. If the version number showing at the bottom left corner is earlier than this, please clear your browser cache and reload our page.
4. You're being blocked by a firewall / proxy. If you are using any firewall software / hardware, please make sure traffic on port 12556 is allowed.
Q. What do the letters and numbers in the top left of the game mean? A. I=island
D=District
B=Block (others say Building)
L=level
The Green/Yellow/Red “MS” tells you how your latency is. Basically it’s the same as a stop light.
Green is good, yellow is moderate, and Red isn’t so hot.
Q. I’ve notices a problem with the game, how do I report it? A. There is a “Bug Report” forum where you can post about any problems you find with Fresbo. In order to help us help you, please be as descriptive as possible and if possible take a screen shot of the problem so that we can see what you are seeing.
Q. How do I take/post a screen shot to put in my report? A. You can do this by using the “Print Screen” key (often listed as “PrntScrn”) and the opening a program such as “Paint” to paste the image and edit it down to size. Then using a site such a Photobucket to upload and host the picture and use the IMG code that is given.
Q. How can I help grow Fresbo? A. The simplest way is simply to tell people!

Q. I have a Question that has not been answered so far, how do I get an answer? A. The “Help & Support” forum is the place to post any other questions you have. Make sure you give a descriptive subject, such as “My inventory is broken” instead of just putting “problem”. Make sure that someone else hasn’t already asked the question in another topic. If someone has, there might already be an answer, thus you get a quick answer and other questions (or your own) will get the attention they need.
